Lyme’s first stage of summer chip sealing is tentatively scheduled to begin Thursday or Friday of this week. (July 17th or 18th) Avenue B and Hickory Street are slated for treatment. Hopefully, the rain we are experiencing today and forecast for tomorrow, will not push back the contractor’s schedule. Our apologies for any inconvenience during the project.

The Lyme Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at Lyme Town Hall to hear and act on the following matters:

Any person may attend the public hearing to voice their opinion.

List of personal property must be filed on or before November 1 to avoid a 25% penalty.
The Assessor’s normal office hours at Town Hall are from 9:00 a.m. to noon, and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
