The Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority has just announced that the Town of Lyme has been accepted for Phase V of the Solarize Connecticut program. Lyme will be participating via the SOLARIZE ONLINE option. We will be working with CEFIA’s partner Smart Power to leverage an on line program that makes comparing solar PV quotes from multiple installers even easier than in previous iterations of the process. Educational and technical support from the on line platform will make it simple to compare quotes of multiple installers, providing Lyme residents with choices, but still realizing savings and equipping consumers to make informed decisions.
As the program unfolds, there will be numerous outreach efforts utilizing various media tools to inform people of solarize opportunities in the coming months.
