In the article excerpted here, which appeared in the most recent “Selectmen’s Newsletter,” there was a typo in the “Example” cited. The last sentence in the “Example” should have read: “To achieve the same property tax of $1,302 now requires a mil rate of 19.95 mil.” (The published article erroneously read “19.55 mil.)
