The Lyme Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at Lyme Town Hall to hear and act on the following matters:
- An application to amend zoning regulations by Edward M. Bombaci, 131-2 Salem Road, Map 46 Lot 3, requesting an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 23.3, Existing nonconforming lots; and an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 2.2, Definitions.
- An application to amend zoning regulations by William T. Koch Jr., Avenue B, Map 40.4 Lot 4, requesting an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 23.3, Existing nonconforming lots.
- The cover letter sent by the Lyme Zoning Enforcement Officer (ZEO) to the P&Z Commission, neighboring municipalities and regional organizations regarding the public hearing on the Bombaci amendment request can be read here.
