The Town of Lyme is working with the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health to identify local residents who may be unable to leave their home for medical reasons with the goal of providing these individuals with COVID-19 vaccinations in their homes.
To qualify for an in-home vaccination, an individual must:
- be homebound (unable to physically leave their home); and
- live within the geographical boundary of the Town of Lyme.
Vaccinations will also be provided for one primary caregiver for the eligible homebound resident, providing the caregiver is in the home at the resident’s scheduled appointment time.
