On Wednesday, Oct. 6, at 7:00 p.m., the Lyme Land Trust will offer wildlife rehabilitators Bill and Pam Lefferts in “Opossums: Peaceful Coexistence with Backyard Wildlife” – a presentation on wildlife rehabilitation with a focus on opossums that will take place at Lyme Public Hall. The Lyme Volunteer Fair will be held on Sunday, Oct. 23, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Lyme Public Library, where more than 30 Lyme-affiliated nonprofits, associations, boards and commissions will be on hand with opportunities for local residents to volunteer and be of service to our town.
