The Rogers Lake Authority (RLA) will meet on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at 7:30 p.m. This is a virtual meeting that will take place on Zoom. (The meeting was originally scheduled to take place in person at the Rogers Lake West Shores Association Clubhouse, but because of COVID concerns, the meeting has moved to Zoom.) The Lyme Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at Lyme Town Hall to hear and act on the following matters:
- An application to amend zoning regulations by Edward M. Bombaci, 131-2 Salem Road, Map 46 Lot 3, requesting an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 23.3, Existing nonconforming lots; and an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 2.2, Definitions.
- An application to amend zoning regulations by William T. Koch Jr., Avenue B, Map 40.4 Lot 4, requesting an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 23.3, Existing nonconforming lots.
- The cover letter sent by the Lyme Zoning Enforcement Officer (ZEO) to the P&Z Commission, neighboring municipalities and regional organizations regarding the public hearing on the Bombaci amendment request can be read here.
