On Sunday, Jan. 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Lyme Land Trust will offer a “Winter Wonders Forest Bathing” excursion in the Pleasant Valley Preserve – a one-mile walk that ends with a wild-foraged tea. “Forest bathing” is a practice that invites people to engage with nature and take in the restorative health benefits of being in the forest.
