Mindful Movement Forest Bathing Excursion
This forest bathing excursion through the Banningwood Preserve led by Regan Stacey, which includes mindful movement, gentle yoga and a wild-foraged tea, invites participants to take in the restorative health benefits of being in the forest. Lymes’ Senior Center Take-A-Hike Thursday
