On Monday, Sep. 12, at 7:00 p.m., at Lyme Town Hall, the Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the short-term rental regulations and related administrative changes that it is proposing for adoption by the Town of Lyme. The proposed short-term rental regulations, if adopted, will replace the Town’s existing bed-and-breakfast regulations.
The commission has circulated a draft of the proposed regulations – along with several other draft materials related to zoning permits and application forms – to abutting municipalities and appropriate regional organizations, and has published them now to the Town website for residents’ review and consideration.
