The Lyme Assessor’s Office, as part of the state-mandated 2023 revaluation, will begin data collection August 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023. During this time, you may see the Assessor, Assistant Assessor or employees of the revaluation company throughout Town.
Upon arriving at a property, a request will be made to the homeowner to inspect the exterior and interior of the property. These individuals will carry identification with them. You may contact the Assessor’s office at 860-434-8092 with any questions or concerns.
The Assessor and staff appreciate the public’s cooperation. Physical inspections are an important part of determining fair and equitable property assessments throughout the Town.
