Starting Wednesday, Sep. 6, Eversource will be applying herbicides along its right-of-way (ROW) through Hartman Park, which crosses with several trails. The utility will be posting signs where the trails cross the ROW to let residents know about the selective application of herbicides.

The Lyme Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at Lyme Town Hall to hear and act on the following matters:
- An application to amend zoning regulations by Edward M. Bombaci, 131-2 Salem Road, Map 46 Lot 3, requesting an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 23.3, Existing nonconforming lots; and an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 2.2, Definitions.
- An application to amend zoning regulations by William T. Koch Jr., Avenue B, Map 40.4 Lot 4, requesting an amendment to Chapter 315, Article 23.3, Existing nonconforming lots.
- The cover letter sent by the Lyme Zoning Enforcement Officer (ZEO) to the P&Z Commission, neighboring municipalities and regional organizations regarding the public hearing on the Bombaci amendment request can be read here.
