In accordance with Connecticut General Statute, the Town of Lyme is completing a revaluation of all real property for the 2023 Grand List. The Town has contracted with Vision Government Solutions, Inc., (VGSI) of Northboro, Massachusetts, to complete the state-mandated, five-year revaluation program. The revaluation project establishes market value as of October 1, 2023.

As announced on Nov. 17, the property valuations determined through the revaluation process are now being made available online for the public’s review.

In-person hearings will be held at the Lyme Town Hall.

Property owners who wish to appeal their new assessment after the informal hearing process can file a written appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA) on or before February 20, 2024. BAA appeal forms will be made available at the Assessor’s Office and online.
