Pursuant to Section 12-111 of the Connecticut General Statutes, notice is hereby given the Lyme Board of Assessment Appeals will meet on March 17, 2026 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Lyme Town Hall, 480 Hamburg Road, Lyme, CT to hear appeals for the 2025 Real Estate and Personal Property Grand List. Hearings for the 2025 Motor Vehicle Grand List will be held in September 2026. Hearings are by appointment only.
Applications for appeal must be submitted in writing and are available in the Assessor’s office or on the town website (townlyme.org). Applications must be submitted on or before 4:00pm on February 20, 2026.
