On Thursday, Feb. 19, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Lyme Town Hall, Connecticut Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas will present the Town of Lyme with the Democracy Cup for being the town in Connecticut with the highest percentage of voter turnout in the last municipal election. At the ceremony, Secretary Thomas will also recognize Lyme’s town clerk and poll workers for their contributions in the most recent and past elections.
