NOTICE OF TOWN MEETING
DECEMBER 10, 2019, 8:00 PM
LYME TOWN HALL, 480 HAMBURG ROAD, LYME, CT

Electors and citizens qualified to vote in Town Meeting are hereby notified that a TOWN MEETING will be held at the Lyme Town Hall, 480 Hamburg Road, Lyme, Connecticut, on Tuesday, December 10, at 8:00 PM, for presentation and approval of the following agenda items:

  1. To approve an Ordinance Adopting The “Code of the Town of Lyme, Connecticut,” the purpose of which is to codify and consolidate into chapters the Ordinances and Regulations of the Town of Lyme, Connecticut, by adoption of the “Code of the Town of Lyme, Connecticut.”  The Ordinances in effect immediately prior to adoption of the “Code” shall remain in full force and effect, except as repealed, in whole or in part, by the Code.
  2. To approve an Ordinance Establishing Alternate Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
