The Lyme Fire Company and Lyme EMS are teaming up to host a Blood Drive on Thursday, Jul. 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Hamburg Fire Station. The Red Cross has declared only its second national blood crisis ever — donations have hit a four-year summer low and type O blood supplies are now under a one-day reserve.
Donors can set up a time to donate by first clicking here, then entering Lyme’s zip code and pulling up the date of the blood drive.
As a thank you, donors will receive a Fandango movie ticket by email.
