On Saturday, Mar. 6, at 2:00 p.m., the Friends of the Public Library and the Lyme Land Trust (LLT) will offer “Animal Tracking,” a Zoom presentation by the Dennison Pequotsepos Nature Center. On Sunday, Mar. 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the LLT will offer guided walks in two Lyme preserves to look for tracks and other evidence left behind by wildlife. The Banningwood Preserve walk will be led by LLT’s environmental director Sue Cope; the Pleasant Valley Preserve walk will be led by forest ecologist Tony Irving. Space is limited. Reservations are required. Contact education@lymelandtrust.org to reserve a spot; be sure to indicate which walk is preferred.
